If you're already receiving Social Security benefits when you turn 65, you'll be automatically enrolled in Part B. Otherwise, you need to sign up during your Initial Enrollment Period.
Important: Delaying Part B enrollment can result in a late enrollment penalty of 10% for each full 12-month period you could have had Part B.
